This privacy statement describes how BoldWire Digital Marketing LLC (“BoldWire,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit boldwiredigital.com or contact us through the site. It applies to this website; separate agreements govern our client engagements.

- Contact and lead forms. When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, business name, and your message or project details.
- Live chat. If you use the chat widget, we collect the contact details you provide and the content of the conversation.
- Email and phone. If you email or call us, we keep the correspondence and contact details.
- Automatic data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting files from Google's servers.
We do not currently run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site. If that changes, we will update this statement first.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request.
- To communicate with you about your project, proposal, or account.
- To send marketing communications where you have agreed to receive them (see SMS and email consent below).
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing any service. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link; transactional emails about your account or project may still be sent after you unsubscribe from marketing.
5. Service Providers
We use a small number of vendors to run the site and our business, and they process data only on our behalf:
- LeadConnector (HighLevel) — powers our forms, chat widget, and customer relationship management. Information you submit through forms or chat is stored there.
- Hostinger — hosts this website and maintains server logs.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on the site.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer.
6. Data Retention
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve you, meet legal and accounting obligations, and maintain business records — then delete or anonymize them. You may request earlier deletion (see Your Choices).
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to stored contact data is limited to the people who need it to do the work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the data we hold.
8. Your Choices and Rights
- Access, correction, deletion. Email info@boldwiredigital.com to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We respond within a reasonable time and verify requests before acting on them.
- SMS. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Email marketing. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law; we honor applicable rights requests regardless of your state.
9. Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Links
The site may link to other websites and platforms. Their privacy practices are their own; this statement does not cover them.

We may update this statement as the site or our practices change. The effective date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be posted on this page.
